Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions — no questions asked.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Lexa AI for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. This applies to new subscribers only — one per business. No explanation required.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
3. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial requires no payment. You will never be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, no charge is made and no refund is needed.
4. Service Outages
If Lexa AI experiences a verified outage of more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, we will apply a pro-rated credit to your next invoice. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Twilio, Groq, ElevenLabs, AWS) or events outside our reasonable control.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email eppili.naveen@itslexa.com with subject line: Refund Request
- Include your business name and the email used to sign up
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops all future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact us separately after cancelling.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve any billing disputes directly and quickly — usually within a few hours.
