1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lexa AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and their customers.
2. Description of Service
Lexa AI is an AI-powered voice receptionist service for businesses. The Service answers incoming phone calls on behalf of subscribing businesses, collects booking information, and sends SMS confirmations to callers and business owners.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Lexa AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Essential Plan: $299/month — up to 500 calls
- Prestige Plan: $499/month — up to 1,000 calls
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing — contact us
- Overage: $0.35 per call beyond plan limit
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Phone Number Assignment
Upon onboarding, a dedicated phone number is purchased and assigned to your account via Twilio Inc. This number remains active for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, the number will be released automatically and may be reassigned to another user. We recommend you stop forwarding calls to this number before cancelling.
5. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, your subscription will require payment to continue. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your assigned Lexa phone number will be released upon cancellation. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; send unsolicited commercial messages; impersonate any person or entity; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Lexa AI appointment notifications
Message types: Booking confirmations, 24-hour appointment reminders, 2-hour appointment reminders, and cancellation notices.
Message frequency: Varies — typically 2 to 3 messages per appointment booked.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email eppili.naveen@itslexa.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
By completing a booking via Lexa AI, customers consent to receive transactional SMS messages from the business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
9. Data & Privacy
Call data, booking information, and customer phone numbers are stored securely. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lexa AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexa AI Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
